Ingredients
Organic Grass-Fed Beef, Water. Contains 2% or less of: Sea Salt, Organic Vinegar, Baking Soda, Organic Granulated Garlic, Organic Paprika, Organic Spices, Organic Dehydrated Onion, Cultured Celery Powder, Organic Cherry Powder.
Spices
Organic Black Pepper, Organic Coriander, Organic Ginger, Organic Mace, Organic Cayenne
Cooking Instructions
Grill: Place over medium heat and turn until browned.
Boil: Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, carefully add hot dogs. Simmer for about five minutes. For kids under 5 years cut lengthwise, then slice.

Good, but unappetizing rubbery parts
These are good overall, I'm happy they are organic. They are kind of unappetizing though, due to the larger harder and rubber-like parts that are not nice to chew.

Best hotdogs I've tried!
Smoky, saturated flavor, honest ingredients - one of the best hotdogs I've ever eaten. My only complaint is that they disappear too quickly from my fridge :) If boiled first, the saltiness goes away and they are just perfect! Please don't stop making these.

Too salty
These used to be my favorite hot dogs, but the new recipe is just way too salty. It's a shame they changed it.

Tried one from this year 2023-got stomach problems. Never got this before. I eat from my organic garden.

Awful vinegar smell
Who slathers vinegar on their hotdogs? Might as well buy better tasting sausages. Used to be my favorite, now they just stink up my house I can't even bare the taste of this new recipe.

Absolutely Delicious
The only reason I stopped eating animal products is due to health concerns. On my journey to avoiding it, I'm finding out that plant-based brands can be just as unhealthy as GMO foods, which is laughable considering that Applegate which sells animal products has healthier ingredients than the plant-based ones. Hands down an amazing hot dog. Due to the clean ingredients listed, I don't experience symptoms of hypertension that you would typically notice when eating processed meat, it contains protein that i don't need to question, and the smokey flavor is delicious. Great brand and great quality will definitely purchase in the future.

I tried these and compared to other nitrate free hotdogs I have had in the past they were the best. But compared to the typical hotdogs I buy(which are usually from the deli) they were not as good. I did like that they were not overly salty. They might not be my first choice but definitely not the bottom pick either.
