Definitely one of the best Monterey Jacks I've ever tasted. Smooth and mild, delicious on crackers or in my salads. I always buy Applegate Organics as I know I will get a healthy delicious treat. Their cheese is some of the best around and I highly recomend this for snacks and parties and meals.

First of all, I am not a cheese expert so I don't know how to describe cheeses. I tried this cheese with quesadillas and fries and both were a hit, I liked. I enjoyed it melted it has a good taste. I know I should use different kind of cheese for that but it worked well, we all enjoyed it.

My husband and I really enjoyed the cheese. It was creamy and tasty.

These were so good. I would buy them again. They are great for breakfast but Id have them as a snack too.

Applegate's organic Monterey Jack was a pleasant surprise. I typically buy medium or white cheddar, so I didn't have too much experience with Monterey Jack. I found it perfectly mild and the ideal substitute for cheddar. I used it on burgers and also as one of three cheeses in baked Mac n Cheese, and it was a big hit. So much so that I'll definitely be purchasing Monterey Jack instead of cheddar in the future.

Applegate Organics Monterey Jack Cheese has a great flavor! I also shredded some and added to my pasta dish-such a great addition. It is also nice to know I am eating real food and nothing laden with chemicals.

I really enjoyed this cheese. It was very flavorful. I love that it is only 70 calories per slice while others ring in at 89 calories. The fact it is organic, with no added chemicals is a big plus. I would def recommend it.
