We discovered this pepperoni several years ago. Our family makes a lot of homemade pizza, and it's the only pepperoni we'll buy for our pizzas! :-)

This pepperoni is very good tasting and very good quality.

All the flavor you expect from pepperoni and then some. I could tell that these were made from a higher quality of meat because there was a mild sweetness that you don't normally get. Not a sugary sweetness at all, it was more a richness from the meat itself. It was like the pepperoni from the small neighborhood farms when I was a kid. The texture was wonderful and the spices were perfectly balanced. This pepperoni was low grease, but still had enough fats for baking. When used on a homemade pizza, it exceeded my expectations. It stayed soft and tender with excellent flavor. Highly recommend!
