Cherry Peppers Stuffed with Herbed Goat Cheese and Salami

Piquant pickled cherry peppers stuffed with tangy goat cheese, savory salami and bright herbs is a special addition to a festive grazing board.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
- ½ cup finely chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley and chives
- 2 ounces Applegate Naturals Genoa Salami, chopped
- 1 quart pickled cherry peppers, drained
Instructions
- Place the goat cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the herbs and salami and mix well to combine.
- Using a small spoon, gently fill each pickled pepper with some of the goat cheese mixture.
- Serve at once, or refrigerate, well wrapped, up to 4 hours before serving.
