Ingredients
White Meat Chicken, Wheat Flour, Water, Rice Flour. Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Sea Salt, Corn Starch, Rice Starch, Cane Sugar, Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast, Expeller-Pressed Sunflower Oil, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Breading Set in Expeller Pressed Canola Oil .

Cooking Instructions
Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake until hot, about 12 minutes, or to desired color and crispiness, turning nuggets over halfway through cooking time.
Microwave: Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to HIGH heat. Heat until hot, 1 - 1/2 minutes, turning nuggets over halfway through cooking time.
Air Fryer: Set Air Fryer to 360°F. Layer pieces into the air fryer tray, ensuring there is no overlap. Cook for 7 – 10 minutes.

Please don't ever change
As an eater with AFRID, this is the only chicken nugget that is a safe food. I buy several bags at a time and find stores often run out. It the healthiest of nuggets and the texture is perfect and consistent. Most brands have gone to gluten-free which the texture does not work for me. Providing foods for those of us whom struggle with disabilities is such a necessity.

Horrible new bag closure
They changed the bag closure on this product and it's totally useless. The plastic strip doesn't work and is annoying. Bring back the old bag closure.

Absolutely LOVE Applegate products
The nuggets are crisp and the turkey is low fattening, which is always a plus. I eat at least 2 packages of turkey a week and eat the nuggets as a side. I wish the nuggets were as low calorie as the turkey but that's not going to happen to keep the flavor. You guys do a great job on your products! Th e only negative is that it's a little costly.

The new packaging doesn't work
I love this chicken nuggets, but the new packaging doesn't work for me. The sticker doesn't seal as well and you have to put all the patience to try to close it before you put it back in the freezer. The previous system was so simple, clean and easy that I don't understand the reason for this change. I would love if you go back to the previous presentation.

I received the Applegate Naturals Chicken Nuggets as a free sample from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. These chicken nuggets are great! They are antibiotic free (so important) and can be made in the microwave which is a lifesaver with kids! They are quality white meat nuggets and very tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Unexpected Good for Healthy Chicken Nuggets

I would definitely purchase this again. It tastes good and has a good batter on the outside. I definitely cooked it for too dry in the air fryer so it was a bit dry, but with the right timing, this should be pretty good. Think of it as bite size chicken nuggets.

I tried the Applegate Naturals breaded chicken nuggets. I cooked them in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. They came out nice and crispy outside and tender on the inside. My children ate them as well and didn't notice a difference compared to their usual brand. As a parent, knowing these are a a healthier option of something my kids will eat makes me feel better. I will for sure keep buying these for my family fr now on!
