used to love these and eat them every morning, now something is really off with their taste and texture. i actually had to spit it out because the flavor was so bad. very disappointed and will be finding a new product.

It offers a good flavor and it is a good alternative to pork sausages. Combine them with eggs an hash browns and you will have a delicious breakfast. It has a little sweet flavor but it is good.

I am finally able to make and try this sausage it have a unique taste but it's okay. I would not say I am a big fan but it makes a breakfast different I was happy with the purchase it goes well with some Belgium waffles and syrup. I would get it again but it's not for everyday breakfast.
