Welcome to the sweet life – sugar free. Good old-fashioned hardwood smoked bacon without any sugar.

Ingredients
Pork, Water. Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Sea Salt, Cultured Celery Powder.
Spices

Cooking Instructions
Thaw prior to preparation- Do not refreeze.
Cold water thaw: Place sealed frozen uncured bacon package in 9x13 inch baking dish. Add cold water until uncured bacon is fully submerged. Let uncured bacon stand in cold water for 10-15 minutes or until thawed. Refrigerate after thawing until ready to cook.
Important! Use cold water only. Do not use hot water. Do not thaw at room temperature.
For best results, thaw under refrigeration, but for a quicker method, the cold-water thaw may be used.
Pan Fry: Place thawed uncured bacon slices in skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently, to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels.
Bake: Heat oven to 400F. Separate thawed slices and place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or to desired crispness. No turning necessary.
Consume uncured bacon within 7 days from thaw.
