Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, and coated with organic bread crumbs to bake up crispy and delicious.
Casein Free
Ingredients
Organic White Meat Chicken, Organic Wheat Flour, Water. Contains 2% or less of: Sea Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Paprika, Yeast, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic White Pepper, Breading Set In Organic Expeller Pressed Canola Oil. Contains: Wheat.

Cooking Instructions
Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake for about 18 minutes or to desire colored and crispiness, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
Microwave: Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to HIGH heat. Heat until hot, 2-2 1/2 minutes, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
Air Fryer: Set Air Fryer to 360°F. Layer pieces into the air fryer tray, ensuring there is no overlap. Cook for 7 – 10 minutes.

This is the only frozen nugget brand I have been able to find that does not have any of the allergens my son suffers from. Namely, corn starch is not in here and I am so thankful to have these nearby. Please don't change the recipe it took me a while to find you all and most times companies change the recipe and I have to start back at square one. You don't know what this means to me.

The serving size is rather small but the chicken was easy to prepare from freezer and toss into a salad. Great for nights without adequate time for food preparation. The texture wasn't odd as some meats stored in the freezer might be
