Street Corn Dog

Corn dogs have long been a favorite snack at state and county fairs. More recently, Mexican street corn has become incredibly popular in the States, too. 

So, we combined the two, topping our crisp corn dogs with Mexican crema, crumbly cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and cayenne. .

It’s a creamy, spicy twist on a beloved standby.

  1. Cook the corn dogs according to the package instructions. 
  2. When ready, brush each corn dog with some of the crema, then sprinkle with the cotija, cilantro, and cayenne. Serve at once, with lime wedges on the side.
