The Glee Club Sandwich
What does the word “glee” make us think of? Well, organic chicken, Monterey jack and Sunday bacon, of course!
Ingredients
- 2 slices Applegate Organics® Smoked Chicken Breast
- 1 slice Applegate Organic® Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 slices Applegate Naturals® Sunday Bacon® Brand
- 2 slices tomato
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 slices red onion
- Southwest sandwich spread
Southwest Sandwich Spread
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. (What could be easier than that?)
- Layer ingredients between three slices of bread.
