Organic Salami Lilies Appetizer
Short, easy, delicious. The combination of flavors, the savory salami and the crisp crunchy sweet pickle, makes a perfect little bite.
Ingredients
- 4-oz. package Applegate Organics® Genoa Salami
- 12 sweet gherkins, sliced lengthwise in half
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Fold one edge of the salami over the other to form a cone.
- Push a slice of the pickle down inside the center.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- It should look like a calla lily with the toothpick as the stem. See, food can be fun.
