Caprese Pops with Pepperoni

Note that there are no quantities listed in this recipe…the idea is that you can make as many as you like! If you can’t find the bite-sized balls of fresh mozzarella (often labeled “bocconcini”), simply cut a larger ball of mozzarella into chunks.


  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise 
  • Fresh mozzarella bocconcini


  1. Thread 1 leaf fresh basil, 1 cherry tomato half, 1 piece of pepperoni and 1 piece mozzarella onto a wooden pick or small skewer. 
  2. Repeat until you have made as many pops as you need.
