Eggs, Cottage Cheese (Skim milk, milk, cream, sea salt, cultures), Water, Applegate Chicken Breakfast Sausage , Red Pepper, Corn Starch, Onion, Spinach, Butter (cream, salt), Salt, Guar Gum, Garlic Powder.

Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Remove from film and place on a microwave-safe plate. For two Bites: Microwave uncovered on high for 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and let stand 1 minute before enjoying. For one bite: Microwave uncovered on high for 60 seconds.
If additional time is needed, microwave 10 seconds at a time until hot.
